2019 MIGF Opening Concert “Aksak Duo” on February 20th

The 2019 Miami International GuitART Festival hosted by the Florida International University School of Music begins with the Opening Concert Aksak Duo on Wednesday, February 20, 2019.  The festival will include nine concerts, five masterclasses, four lectures, a composers panel, and luthiers expo from February 19-24, 2019. Featured artists include Muriel Anderson (U.S.), Leonardo De Angelis and Emiliano Leonardi (Italy), Duo NIHZ with Bobby Rootveld and Sanna van Elst (The Netherlands/Germany), Kagan Korad, Tolga Salman, and Aysegül Koca (Turkey), Felipe Carvajal (Costa Rica/U.S.), Cihat Askin (Turkey), and Mesut Ozgen (Turkey/U.S.).
