Mesut’s pedagogic research book “Designing Technical Training Programs for Classical Guitarists Based on Exercise Physiology Principles” is released by Turquoise Guitar Editions. The purpose of this research paper is to present technical training programs for classical guitarists based on exercise physiology principles, a subdiscipline of kinesiology that examines biophysical foundations of human movement.
